출판사서평

 

변화하는 수험환경에 대비하기 위해서 기본서를 쉽고 간단하게 구성할 수만은 없는 일이다. 하지만 학습할 내용이 많아짐에 따라 초보 수험생들은 무엇을 학습해야할지 방향잡기도 어려운 것도 현실이다. 따라서 이러한 문제의식을 가지고 본서에서는 3가지 방향을 개정판에 포함시켰다. 첫째, 제도적 변경사항과 이론적 사항을 대폭 보강하였다. 지엽적인 부분이라도 출제된 영역은 본문에 포함하였다.

둘째, 편 단위로 “개관”이 한 페이지로 정리되어 있으며, 장별로 “학습목표”를 서술하여 단원별 학습방향을 제시하였다. 그리고 본문속의 링크는 연결학습을 지향하며, ‘참고’나 ‘심화’ 부분은 초기과정에서 건너뛰면서 학습한 후에 기본이 쌓인 후에 재정리한다면 학습의 능률이 높아질 수 있도록 배열하였다.

셋째, 1편 앞에 “예비학습”이 소개되어있다. 예비학습은 사회과학의 공통적인 기초사항을 정리하는 부분이므로 행정법이나 헌법 등 타 사회과목의 학습에도 도움이 될 것으로 본다.

 

본서의 특징

⑴ 기출문제의 반영 : 최근 10년간 각종 시험(국가직과 지방직 7ㆍ9급)문제는 대부분 수록 또는 본문에 반영하였고, 법령이 개정되었거나 논점이 변하게 된 문제는 수정ㆍ보완하여 오류를 최소화하였다.

⑵ 학습단계별 서술 : 매단원 주제별로 본문, 보충, 참고, 심화학습을 구별하여 서술하였다. 따라서 이해의 정도에 따라서 구분학습을 하도록 하였다.

⑶ 도표식 정리 : 대비되는 용어와 개념 중 일부는 도표로서 구분을 하고자 하였다. 도표(해)식 학습은 단점에도 불구하고 장점이 많다. 일단 개념의 단순화와 명확화를 가져온다. 공부의 기본은 복잡한 현상을 단순화시키는 것이다.

⑷ 모듈단위 간 Link : 기초 개념이 정리된 후 모듈화된 개념을 서로 연결시키는 단계에서 Link는 행정의 전 영역을 빠르게 네트워크화 하는데 기여할 것으로 본다. 예를 들면 예비학습 파트에서 “Link 1.1.5.”라는 의미는 ‘행정학의 학문적 성격’에 대해서는 “1편 1장 5절”에서 논의하며 각 단원별로 관련성을 가지고 있음을 뜻한다.
